Baltimore is a Ghost Town

The people of Baltimore are obeying the pandemic mitigation  directives. On a beautiful spring afternoon the city would typically be pack with thousands of people. Traffic would have been bumper to bumper and parkingling lots would be filled. Today it is ghost town.
